1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The online store available at oaksweethome.com is operated by:

1.2. Definitions:
a) A working week is defined as the period from Monday to Friday of each calendar week, excluding state-recognized holidays.
b) Customer - a legal entity, an adult natural person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, who enters into a purchase agreement with the seller.
c) Consumer - a natural person acting with the seller in legal acts that are not directly related to their business or professional activities.

f) An individual order, which does not have the right of withdrawal, is an order in which the customer changes something from the standard offer of the store (the size of the furniture is different from what is available in the offer, the color of the furniture is different from what is available, delivery and assembly service for the furniture, changing shelves, supplying shelves for the furniture, installing lighting in furniture that does not offer such options, and so on).

2. PLACING AND FULFILLING ORDERS
2.1. Orders are accepted:
a) Through the website oaksweethome.com via the “cart” application, where the buyer provides contact information, selects the ordered goods, and chooses the payment method.
b) By phone at +420 733 120 125
c) By email at oaksweethome.com for custom orders.
Orders are confirmed:
a) When ordering through the “cart” application, the buyer will receive an order confirmation at the provided email address.
b) Phone orders must be confirmed by sending a message to the specified email address.
2.2. In the case of non-standard orders, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract under standard conditions. The seller may accept or reject such a withdrawal from the contract.
2.3. The order confirmation includes sending the terms and conditions to the email address specified in the order, along with the total price for the ordered goods, including value-added tax (VAT).
2.4. The price also includes transportation costs if the buyer does not pick up the ordered products themselves.
2.5. The transportation price applies only to the address specified in the order.
2.6. Order processing begins for orders paid by bank transfer or electronic payment after the funds are credited to the seller’s bank account.
2.7. Before sending the order, the buyer is required to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions and Shipping Conditions.
2.8. The completion date for the order is specified in the sales conditions prepared and sent by the seller and is calculated in weeks.
2.10. In the case of non-standard orders, such as changes in dimensions, fittings, color, delivery, and assembly services, due to possible deficiencies or technical limitations, the seller reserves the right to manufacture the furniture in standard form, which the buyer agrees to. The seller will inform the buyer of this.
3. DELIVERY
3.1. The seller offers the following methods for picking up and delivering purchased products:
a) Courier service
b) Seller’s transport
3.2. It is recommended that all products, which may be damaged during transport by courier service due to their characteristics and dimensions, be delivered to the buyer via the seller’s transport, after prior approval of the seller’s transport cost.
3.3. Upon receiving the order, the buyer is obliged to carefully check the contents of the shipment. Claims for mechanical damage will only be considered if a damage report is drawn up, confirmed by the signatures of the buyer and the seller.
3.4. Products remain the property of the seller until the buyer pays the full purchase price.
3.5. The average order fulfillment time is 8-10 weeks. The maximum order fulfillment time may be 14 weeks.
3.6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, which prevent the execution of the order within the declared time, the order will be executed regardless of point 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions. The seller declares the ability to fulfill all accepted orders.
3.7. In case of any changes in sizes, colors, etc., the order fulfillment time may be extended, which the buyer accepts.
5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE AND CLAIMS
5.1. The seller is obliged to deliver goods free from legal and physical defects. Goods purchased by consumers are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of sale.
5.2. Furniture is intended for indoor use only at temperatures of 15-30 degrees Celsius. Wooden furniture cannot be used outdoors. Storing them in sunlight, in damp rooms, or at low temperatures may lead to numerous cracks in the wood, lacquered surfaces, or deformation of the furniture.
5.3. Waxed wooden furniture should only be cleaned with dedicated cleaning products. Do not use wet cloths. Do not place wet or hot items on the furniture—this can dissolve the protective wax layer and discolor the surface. In such cases, the entire piece of furniture should be rewaxed.
5.4. Due to the limitations of computer monitors, the colors of the presented furniture may slightly differ from the actual ones. Wood is a natural material with its own grain and unique structure, which gives each piece of furniture we produce an individual and unique character. Its natural properties may cause color differences between individual elements of the furniture. Using different staining technologies during furniture production may result in differences in the exposure of the natural structure and grain of the wood.
5.5. The dimensions stated on the website OakSweetHome.com are the external dimensions of the furniture.
5.6. The seller reserves the right to make structural changes that do not affect the functionality of the furniture for product improvement purposes. In the presented graphics, especially for products available in many variants, the proportions of the furniture may differ from those finally delivered to the customer.
5.7. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@dubovestoly.cz.
5.8. Complaints will be assessed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
5.9. The furniture must be assembled within a maximum of two weeks after delivery. Wood improperly stored in packaging may deform and there may be size discrepancies among individual elements. After this period, claims will not be considered.
7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
7.1. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract if the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated product, i.e., in this case, all collections presented on the website, which are made to the individual order of the customer and/or were manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or are intended to meet their individual needs, or in the case where the subject of the contract is products that are, due to their nature, inseparably linked to other products after delivery.
7.2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer bears the costs of return transportation to the seller’s warehouse. The shipping address is the seller’s address.
7.3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer is responsible for any damage during transport back to the seller.
7.4. In the event of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to their use beyond what is necessary.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
I. In the event of changes in the dimensions of the furniture, making other changes, such as changing drawer rails, etc., it is assumed that the customer can order such an adjustment by indicating the proposed changes in the order; however, we reserve the right in cases where technology does not allow us to implement changes to use standard dimensions/modifications available on the website.
II. Contracts concluded between the seller and the buyer are concluded in the Czech language.
III. Using services provided electronically is associated with specific risks arising from third-party interference. The seller has no influence on the operation and availability of the Internet. Buyers making payments via “electronic payments” should protect their information in a special way to prevent disclosure to third parties.
IV. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for serious reasons, such as changes in legislation.
V. In areas not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of applicable legislation shall apply.
